"Colors Were Pretty Much Exactly as Shown"
I received mine, and the color was genuinely spot on. It looked just like the photos, which I really appreciated because that’s not always the case when ordering online.

"Insurance reimbursement was straightforward"
They didn’t take my insurance directly, which I wasn’t totally sure about at first, but the receipt ended up working for reimbursement. It took a bit of time to get sorted out, but overall it was still easy.

"Nice little stop at the boutique"
I stopped in to try on a few frames and took way longer than I probably needed to because I kept second-guessing what looked good on me. The staff was really patient the whole time though, and there was no pushy vibe at all, which I appreciated. They adjusted the pair I ended up buying, and now they fit great. Really nice shop overall, and I’d definitely go back.

"I got my Oliver Peoples frames…"
I got my Oliver Peoples frames last month, and yeah, I’m really liking them so far. They just feel solid, you know? The hinges move nice and smooth, the acetate has a sturdy feel to it, and overall they just seem really well made. They’re definitely not cheap, but I do feel like the quality backs it up. I’ve pretty much been wearing them every day now.

"Easy Order, Could Use Clearer Instructions"
The website was easy to use, and checkout only took a minute. I also got order updates really quickly, which was nice. Overall I’m happy with the experience, though I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer along the way.

"Easy exchange process"
I had to exchange my sunglasses for a different size, it was really easy. The return label came through quickly, and the whole process was simple from start to finish. Got my new pair without any hassle, so I’m happy with how it went.

i mean, I bought these frames 3 years ago and they’re still going strong. No loose hinges or anything, which surprised me. They’ve held up way better than I expected

"Great lenses, but the delay was disappointing"
I ordered my glasses from Oliver Peoples, and I have to say the lens clarity is really good. Everything looks sharp and clean, and I haven’t noticed any weird glare so far. That said, the order took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. I do like the quality, but I’d still expect some kind of apology or acknowledgment for the delay.

"Good selection, a few colors missing"
I had a decent time browsing for frames on oliverpeoples.com. Like, most of the styles I was actually interested in were in stock, which I appreciated, because that’s not always the case with eyewear sites. I did run into a couple colors being sold out, which was annoying for a minute, but whatever, I still ended up finding a pair I liked. Checkout was straightforward too, no weird issues there. Overall, good experience, just not totally perfect. 4 stars.

"Plenty of frames, almost too many"
There were a ton of styles to choose from, which was nice once I got through the whole “scroll forever” part. I did end up finding the pair I wanted quickly, so I guess I can’t complain too much.

"Really nice presentation, but the packaging was a bit ridiculous"
The glasses showed up in a clean, nice-looking box and everything was packed really neatly. The case and cleaning cloth felt premium too, which was a nice surprise. The only thing is there was a ridiculous amount of outer packaging for what it was, but overall it still made a great first impression

From what I remember, the warranty process was helpful overall. The refund took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating at the time, but it did eventually come through. Looking back, I’d say it worked out fine, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed customer service not expecting a super quick response. But they got back to me fast, and their reply was clear and actually answered what I asked. It didn’t feel like some generic copy-paste message, which I appreciated. They helped sort out the issue without making it complicated or turning it into a big hassle. Overall, it was a really easy and positive experience.

"Arrived fine, but updates were lacking"
I ordered a pair of sunglasses and they got here in about a week. The tracking did work once it started moving, and the box showed up in good condition, so that part was fine. I was a little disappointed that there weren’t many updates at first, though, because I wasn’t really sure what was going on with the order. Everything arrived okay in the end, but the communication could’ve been better. I’d probably still order again.

"Easy checkout with helpful payment options"
The checkout process was simple and overall a smooth experience. I liked that there was a financing option available since it made the price feel a little more manageable. My payment went through without any issues or anything weird popping up. I do wish the financing details were explained a bit more clearly before the final step, but overall it was a good experience.

"Legit site, great glasses"
I ordered a pair from Oliver Peoples everything felt totally legit. Checkout was easy, and I got the tracking info quickly. The glasses showed up well packed and looked authentic, literally the same as the ones I saw in store. I’m giving 4 stars only because shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely order again.
